Well. nothing's going right

1. laptop still broken
2. if i let someone else touch it, might lose warranty
3. the repair shop hasnt called me yet. and theyre not returning my calls.
4. cause the manufacturaer hasnt emailed him yet?
5. i tried to contact the manufaturer directly. but their email link is broken

6. went to a bar with a sign that says: looking for art. the guy said he'll contact me if there's free space left
7. he hasnt contacted me yet. and i cant reach him either

8. i lost $3500 in scholarship. cause my grades fell 0.1 short. zero point one point short. that couldve paid for 60% of my fees
9. thought i could cover just half of my tuition. no, the school decides to cahnge their system, and i have to pay the whole thing now
10. hey, i have back up money. no. i lent $2000 worth of my backup money because i didnt know they changed the tuition payment system.

11. i hear an evil voice in my head laughing at me

12. i lost a good bargain auction on ebay cause i let it happen
13. my paypal wasnt ready and i didnt want to negotiate in case i win
14. cause my paypal funds are empty
15. cause my bank isnt confirmed yet
16. cause theres a typo in my paypal name
17. now i have to wait til they change that

18. without my laptop beside me, ive become too lazy to do anything else. the last few weeks before school was supposed to be productive

19. my t-shirt business = havent started.
20. my tattoo business = i might start that if i see more people interested and if im sure ill make enough to cover what ill pay for the machine

21. applied for school paper's graphics editor. i hope i get it. it can help me pay for tuition too

0. my international SIM card expired unexpectedly. a few weeks back. not my fault. someone depeleted the credit of the mother-SIM back home. now i cant receive txts on my phone

28. The internet of the house we are renting broke down. that kills the free (and only) phone besides cellphones

29. SAP and COOP are like two of your bestfriends fighting - and youre the messenger in between them. you end up tired cause theyre too lazy to talk to each other

30. COOP: "tell OSAP you need extra money for me"
OSAP: "you tell him I cant give you money cause youre not full-time student when in coop"
COOP: "well someone has to pay me"
OSAP: "well if his emails werent a month late"

31. i wanted to buy a lot of toys/gadgets. i wanted to make art and music. but school and repairs is wearing me down like a zombie when i was walking downtown

a huge server with fat bandwidth
a huge page with incredibel zoom in and out features
all deviants drawing on one piece of online paper!
no chat! communicate by feeling each others drawing. or scribling on the canvas, then erase it

it would end up in
a colorful original characters collage. like streetfighter art
or something abstracty
or, some ahole will erase everything before the end and draw himself in the middle.

based on how old you are to the site, youll have different limitations to tools
such as pen size. or if youre allowed to erase.

there are some things like these on other places.
but they cannot hold 100000000 artists at once.

which takes 6-8 days if youre not in the US

or make a credit card and use that instead
which would take me 2 days

- toe snagged cable - pulled featherweight netbook - catch midair - hinge super open extended - cpu to lcd cable damage - shorted - contact with plastic - burn - melt - cut wires

it's just annoying not having the shortcuts
the latest downloaded music
the settings
that i move back and forth in this new rented house - from desk 1, to desk 2, to bed 1, to sofa to floor,
cause my all in one internet-photoreference-lightsource-communications-musicplayer thing is gone
and now i keep migrating to different available workstations

one last commision!
and then im headed for the repair shop

i tried both Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox

every other websites seem to be working fine

but in dA, everything I click requires 1 to 5 clicks on the refresh button.

besides the artblock for original art,
I still found some way to draw other commisions.
cause money is the great motivator.

- earlier this year, my friend had a treble clef tattoo on her foot. her first one, too!. it was free though. it's simple

- Just finished a tattoo design for a friend. she wanted to pay, but I said just buy me a soda pop. but, we agreed on cash in the end. I got $150 for drawing her an angel arm tattoo. yay

- then her friend saw some of my work and wants a bionic-comic-book-character self portrait.

- my friend wrote a script and asked me how much do I ask for comic pages? I said, it's a flat $20. but since it's a comic book, $15. but since youre a homie, $12. so - i might be doing that soon

- another person wants a Unicorn design. now this is hard cause Ive never drawn unicorns before.

just taking advantage of my current disadvantages. (le empty apartment mode)

Brain Speed Regarding Sounds


We think fast. i think

because when we dream -- while we hear sounds (from people / environment), we immediately create an image for that sound inside our dream


what's weird is, the image is made instantaneously. as if it's pre planned.
and much weirder, sometimes the image is already there, THEN we hear the sound for it.
like we can predict the upcoming sound

its either:
we already heard it, we forgot, then we made an image, he when the sound repeats, there's a ready-image
or, we actually think slow. our dreams are not in real-time. - whatever we hear, is stored for a few fractions of a second, the brain processes it, then plays it in our head just quick enough to make us believe its happening at the same pace as the 'outside' (the awake people)

experiment with different sounds. set your computer to play random clips while you sleep. and see how your brain interprets it.

Also, in the movie - the guy mentioned waking up when you change position
because of the ear's balance-senses (like an iPod's accelerometer) that is not affected by his sedatives

and in 5 minutes, like invisible ink, it will appear! red lines that will make anyone itch. but its cool
