was thinking of putting "welcome to deviantART world part 2" as a title. just so people would click it. and get past the not-so-inviting 2 panel colored thumbnail. but lying is bad

medium: Ink/ColoredMarkers on 8.5x11inch paper

please tell me I'm not the only person who Jump-Tiles

some think of lava, some think bottomless pit, some think of water, some think the lines are lasers. some just jump just because theyre colored and the others are not. :D

you think it works better if the Fantasy panel is shown first, then reality second?

drawing lava = more fun than the rest
coloring grocery items = uggghhh

hmm

Tiles: In the eyes of Children by *MacDoninri is undeniably charming, adorable and shows us that adventure can be found in the most unlikely of places. Also suggested by =suzaku009 and phoenixleo. ( Suggested by `Gwendolyn12 and Featured by `kangel )

Love it... and no your not the only one who jumps tiles. I remember playing Lava floor jumping from couch to chair when i was younger and this brought it all back thank you :)

Heh, I love it. This is true of every child. ;P And while this was an older piece for you, it'd be kind of awesome to see other scenarios that children frequently find themselves in. (Fighting the "Dragon" / Tree Stump, Hiding in the cave from predators / Under the table from parents, etc. )

Oh wow, I used to do this all the time as a little kid. I still sometimes jump the tiles. It's just so much fun.

Stumbled across this today and it hit home. I remember the misadventures of me that happened long ago. Imagination is a wonderful thing that is often lost in the young and old alike. Thanks for taking me back
